List your factory on Factodex — free.

Factodex is an English-language index of verified manufacturers. Buyers search by product, model number and country. We list manufacturers only, and there is no charge to be listed or to have your English profile written.

Two things to sendA copy of your business registration and your company brochure or catalog, in any language.
We write your pageNo English catalog? We build your profile from your website and product information.

How it works

  1. Apply — Fill in the online form, or email your business registration and brochure or catalog, in any language.
  2. Check — We confirm your business registration number against official public records. The certificate copy is used only for this check and is never published.
  3. Profile — We write your English profile: company overview, product lines, photos and certificates.
  4. Your approval — We send you a draft first. Nothing goes live until you confirm.
  5. Live — Usually within 2–3 business days of receiving your documents, and visible in search.

How buyers reach you

  • Your profile links to your website, so buyers can also contact you directly.
  • We do not print your email address or phone number on the profile, which helps reduce scraping and spam.
  • Inquiries sent through the Factodex form require the buyer's company name, website, business type and quantity. We check the buyer's company first.
  • Checked inquiries are forwarded to you in your own language, and we pass your reply back to the buyer.
  • Quotes, contracts and payment are agreed directly between you and the buyer. Factodex takes no commission.
