Every manufacturer on Factodex is reviewed before its profile goes live. Badges show what we have checked.
From application to listing
- Apply. Send the application form or email us a copy of your business registration and your company brochure or catalog (any language). Catalogs, company profile or photos in any language help but are optional; if you have no English materials, we write your English profile for you.
- Pending review. We create your profile and keep it private while we check your business registration number.
- Business check. We confirm your business registration number against official public records (for example, the National Tax Service register in Korea or the national company registry in your country). The certificate copy is used only for this check. Manufacturers only — traders and distributors are not listed.
- Your approval. We send you a preview of your English profile. Nothing is published until you confirm.
- Live. Your profile is published with a Checked badge, usually within 2–3 business days of receiving complete documents. Korean manufacturers may go live as Listed while the registration copy is pending; international profiles stay private until the Checked review is complete.

Common questions
Does listing cost anything?
No. Listing and the Listed and Checked badges are free.
Do you sell or guarantee products?
No. Factodex connects buyers with manufacturers. Quotes, contracts, quality and payment are agreed directly between buyer and manufacturer.
What documents do I need?
A copy of your business registration and your company brochure or catalog. If you have catalogs or a company profile, send them in any language. If not, we prepare your English page from your website and product information, and you approve it before it goes live.
Is my business registration published?
No. We use it only to confirm your company and keep it private.
