These terms apply to your use of Factodex (factodex.com), operated by ENGONE Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea ("Factodex", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. What Factodex is
Factodex is an index of manufacturers. We publish company profiles and help buyers contact manufacturers. Factodex is not a party to any transaction between buyers and manufacturers, and does not sell the listed products.
2. Profiles and badges
- Profile information comes from the manufacturer or from public sources. Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit.
- Badges (Listed, Checked, Verified, Trade-proven) show only what Factodex has checked, as described on How verification works. They are not a guarantee of quality, capacity or performance.
- "Unclaimed" profiles show publicly available facts only and have not been verified. The company can claim, correct or remove its profile at any time.
- "Verification in progress" profiles are not yet published in full.
3. Buyers
Please send genuine business inquiries only. Before ordering, carry out your own checks on any manufacturer, product, price, delivery and payment terms. Any contract is made directly between you and the manufacturer.
4. Manufacturers
By applying, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the company and that the information and materials you send are accurate and may be published on Factodex. Listing is free. Sponsored placements, if offered, never change a badge.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the directory in bulk, send spam through our forms, impersonate a company, or upload false or infringing content. We may remove content or refuse service that breaks these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Company names, logos and materials belong to their owners and are shown to identify the company. The Factodex name, logo and site design belong to us.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Factodex is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users, or from reliance on profile information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Corrections and removal
To report an error, claim a profile or request removal, email info@factodex.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
