About

Anhyup Electronics is a Hwaseong manufacturer of photoelectric press guarding devices, founded in 1984 to help cut accidents on Korean shop floors. It holds the first Ministry of Labor performance certification issued for this kind of device and reports being the first press-guard maker to gain ISO 9001 certification, in February 2001. The range consists of through-beam and reflective infrared light curtains with separate or built-in amplifiers.

Photoelectric Safety Light Curtains (AH Series)

AH-series light curtains create an infrared detection field in front of a press or machine and drop the output as soon as a hand or finger interrupts it. Models differ in sensing method (separate emitter/receiver or reflective) and whether the amplifier is a separate control box or built into the sensor head, and all include self-diagnosis that turns the output off on power loss, wire break or internal fault.
