About

Hwasung Engineering began in 1995 as Hwasung Reducer, producing speed reducers and agitators, and took its current name in 1998. Early supplies included cyclo reducers for steel works and hollow-shaft reducers for rotating biological contactors in sewage plants.

The company later added helical hollow-shaft reducers for screw conveyors, screw screens, drum and hydro-sieve screens, auto bar screens and screw presses. It moved its plant to Gimpo in 2008 and serves water treatment and industrial plant customers.

Helical Hollow-Shaft Reducers

Helical gear reducers with a hollow output shaft for direct mounting on driven shafts, used in sewage treatment drives such as RBC units and screw conveyors. A torque limiter can be fitted.
