About

Koreel develops, manufactures and sells industrial reels: spring-driven and motor-driven cable reels, hydraulic, air and water hose reels, grounding and sensor reels, plus slip rings and electro-hydraulic brakes for cranes.

Founded in 1991, the company was an early domestic producer in a Korean reel market that had relied on imports. Its standard and custom reels are fitted to special vehicles, cranes, heavy machinery, aviation ground equipment, fire-fighting equipment and stage machinery.

More recent developments include cable reels for shore-power (AMP) systems that supply electricity to ships at berth.

Hydraulic Hose Reels (RH / RHE)

Spring-driven reels that pay out and retract twin or single hydraulic hoses for attachments on cranes, aerial platforms and special vehicles. RHE versions add an electrical slip ring so control circuits can run alongside the hydraulics.
