About

SENSORTROL (Sunglim Sensortrol) is a Busan company that designs and builds industrial electric heaters and temperature sensors in-house, from design through production and quality assurance. Its heater range runs from sheath, cartridge, band and silicone rubber heaters to plug and flanged immersion heaters, alongside thermocouples, platinum RTDs, compensating cable and multi-point float level switches.

Plug & Flanged Immersion Heaters (PT / PF Series)

PT and PF heaters are sheath elements mounted on a screw plug or flange and immersed directly in the liquid, so practically all of the energy goes into the medium. Water types use stainless or copper sheaths, oil types use stainless steel, and a built-in thermostat or liquid over-temperature sensor can be added to order.

Thermocouples & Platinum Resistance Thermometers

SENSORTROL builds thermocouples and platinum RTDs to order, selecting element type, wire diameter, protection tube material and mounting to suit the process. Protection tubes come in SUS304, SUS316, SUS310 or Inconel 600 in 10, 15 or 22 mm diameters, with special alloys and smaller diameters on request.

Multi-Station Float Level Switches (STR Series)

The STR series are stem-mounted float switches with one to three switching points along a stainless steel stem. Reed contacts are rated 50VA with 150 mΩ contact resistance, and floats are stainless steel or polypropylene.
