Tissin designs and manufactures accessories for pneumatic control valves. The range includes smart (microprocessor) valve positioners with LCD and push-button calibration, analog electro-pneumatic positioners, smart position transmitters, limit switch boxes, volume boosters, lock-up valves and air filter regulators.

Most products are offered in non-explosion-proof, intrinsically safe and flameproof versions, in aluminium die-cast or stainless steel 316 housings, for use in oil and gas, petrochemical, power and other process plants. The company is based in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do.

Smart Valve Positioners

Microprocessor-based positioners that set control valve stroke in proportion to a 4–20 mA signal from a DCS, controller or calibrator. All models have an LCD with four-button local operation, quick auto-calibration, partial stroke test and alarm functions, and come in linear (L) and rotary (R) versions. Housings are available in aluminium or stainless steel 316, with intrinsically safe and flameproof options; the TS820 has a remote-mounted sensor and the TS700 holds its last position on signal or air failure.

Electro-pneumatic Positioners

The TS600 analog electro-pneumatic positioner moves a control valve in proportion to a 4–20 mA signal, with simple zero and span adjustment. It is built in linear (TS600L) and rotary (TS600R) versions and can be supplied non-explosion-proof, flameproof or intrinsically safe. Options add a position transmitter, limit switches or a limit switch box.

Position Transmitters & Limit Switch Boxes

Valve position feedback devices. The smart position transmitters convert valve opening into a 4–20 mA signal and can be set up with two buttons and an LCD, while limit switch boxes report open and closed positions with mechanical or proximity switches. Both are offered in non-explosion-proof, flameproof aluminium and flameproof SS316 versions.

Volume Boosters, Lock-up Valves & Filter Regulators

Pneumatic accessories used around control valve actuators. Volume boosters raise stroking speed by amplifying the positioner output one-to-one, lock-up valves hold the actuator in its last position on supply failure, and filter regulators provide clean, stable instrument air. Aluminium and SS316 versions are available.
