About

TnC Shark is a Paju-based cutting-tool maker known for annular (core) hole cutters used on magnetic drills, supplied in HSS, cobalt HSS and carbide-tipped versions from 1 mm to 60 mm diameter with cutting depths up to 50 mm.

It also builds step drills, spot-weld drills and countersinks for sheet metal and mould work, and makes custom tools. The company holds a patent on its milky-white nano-diamond coating, which it applies across its range for copper, aluminium, steel and stainless steel.

Annular Hole Cutters

Annular cutters remove only a ring of material, so they cut holes in steel plate faster and with less power than twist drills. TnC Shark makes short and long series in HSS, cobalt HSS and tungsten-carbide-tipped grades, plus its Shark Cut versions and conventional hole saws.
