About

Youngjin Worm is a Siheung-based gear maker specialising in high-precision worm shafts and worm wheels. It builds servo-rated dual-lead (duplex) worm reducers with adjustable backlash for NC rotary tables and robots, plus trapezoidal and ball screw jacks from 1 to 100 tonf, and it checks output with its own precision machining and gear inspection equipment.

Worm Gear Screw Jacks (Trapezoidal and Ball Screw)

Worm-driven screw jacks in two families: trapezoidal-screw C/A models that self-lock at any point in the stroke, and ball-screw B models with roughly three times the efficiency for faster, high-duty positioning. Each size comes with high (H) and low (L) worm ratios, grease-lubricated gearing, and translating-screw or nut-lifting versions. Bellows boots, hand wheels, trunnion bases, limit switches and encoders are available as options.
